Gee, do you think the company should take away work from home first before laying people off? It seems like if they want to maximize efficiency they should get people back to the office. Then if people want to quit because of this then mission accomplished. Basically your better, more motivated employees will work the 9/80 in the office just like before Covid. They are the true professionals you want to keep. The others that complain you don’t need. Life/ work balance is bull,sh-t.

@1g3+1jrkqkmpv, if Oxy followed that reasoning, it would still be in LA.
They would of ended it a long time ago if it was causing any issues. We must be doing something right with WFH.
@1eq+1jrkqkmpv You're welcome to end WFH for yourself anytime you feel like it. No one is going to stop you.
It’s time for WFH to end
Hey @a8+1jrkqkmpv
Help me out and refresh my memory: Which Article or Amendment guarantees the God given and inalienable right to work from home?
I must have an old copy of the Constitution, because I can't that provision anywhere.
@a8+1jrkqkmpv, excuse me, but you have some drool on your shirt.
Sh-t. You are a d-mb a-s conservative je-k Trump supporting anti constitutional buffoon.p
A5+1 you have to be joking. The left is so intolerant of conservatives they call everyone racists, misogynists, fascists, and na-is. All the conversations say about liberals is that they are d-mb.

Wow. How angry you are at someone just expressing an opinion. You should join the Trump group if you are not there yet.
WFH is for lazy a--holes.
