Dont you just love it when Management complain 24/7 about attrition being too high at this asset and then proceed to make a bunch of "cultural changes".
Such as....ummmmm...paid burger days yayyyyyyyyyy. Every Wednesday in the summer months we get paid burger days.....different groups rotate thru the week and buy burger supplies and prepare the burgers so on wednesday everyone who's interested can come and pitch in $10 for a fat double patty burger (tastes like sh-t).
Also a bunch of other paid events all in the name of "cultural change"
So much for showing your employees that you care soo much about them that you cant even spend $200 for burger supplies, like godda-mit, if you cant afford it then dont organize the event it drives home the wrong message.
Exxon/Imperial being the top tier employer..yeah my nice wet a-s.
