I quit this company 6 months ago...best decision of my career. Absolutely the worst sales culture, worst management and dismal environment I've ever been in! After I walked away, multiple colleagues were let go from my team. This cluster of a company is exactly what happens when you merge two struggling, sub-par companies into one. Escape this madness and go find something meaningful...

Honestly, if possible, get out. I left after 16 years, thankfully with a nice VR package in the UK. I landed another job within 4 weeks and with a 25% salary bump. I know many others that have too. DXC (HPE ES) people lived in a bubble and massively underrated themselves. I did. You’re better than that.
Wow, yuck. Is this a legacy HPE business? Never remember seeing it at CSC.
The only thing DXC salespeople can try to sell is corporate b---s---. There is literally nothing DXC offers other than Wall Street jargon and pie in the sky tech jargon.
He'll be taking costs out of death next.
Oh wait.

Lawrie is a one trick pony. Cut, cut, cut. Cannot grow a business man. Hatchet man Lawrie is running out if time, DXC investors want growth that
Awrie is unable to deliver #outofhisdepth!
I agree. I went a year ago and glad I did. No more sleepless, sweaty, high blood pressure nights. d--khead management will kill this company! No direction and a totally failing fiasco of an environment. If you can, take your money and run. You will feel much better for it and there are lots of companies out there that will actually give a sh1t about you as a person. Go for it. Might as well, as this DXC will not be here in 2 years time anyway!
It was a merger in name only. CSC management are pulling the strings in DXC and from what I hear from my legacy CSC colleagues this is textbook CSC.
