EM doesn't deserve it. Before, when our pay was the best in the industry and our benefits matched, that's when this place deserved our 100 percent. But everything has been downgraded drastically since then and they still expect us to do the same amount and quality of work? I don't think so.

There's enough board members to sp-t roast you. So, sure, put that 110%. You'll get a return on your investment with filled voids.

I haven't put 100% in since they got rid of the 401K.
While I haven't gotten high raises, my hourly rate has gone up triple inflation.

Do good for the hours that you work regardless of your feelings about the company. At the end of the day, you are answerable to yourself. So take pride in what you do.
If you can’t do your best work here then find another company where you can be your best self.
What is this blasphemy, I got my unbelievable salary increases last year and early this year. Didn't we all? Can't complain much.
