Thread regarding Sabre Holdings layoffs

Sabre - Specialists in losing customers and lowering standards

While we are hemorrhaging customers, Sabre decides to lower its standards by hiring contractors with zero airline domain knowledge and minimal English speaking skills. There is not a Director who is willing to speak up and tell their higher ups of the ongoing disaster. They all care for themselves rather than the organization.

More layoffs after 3rd quarter financial report. Good Luck

1lgk+1pkNwais - the reason "most employees don't know who our customers are" is because the bulk of revenue-producing, newsworthy customers have fled to Amadeus. It won't be long and what remains of what some consider 'large customer' base will also get smart and flee from a duct-taped, bubble-gum glued relic of what used to be a unique travel technology pioneer that evolved into a great company only to succumb to a Wall Street mentality loaded with massively greedy 'leadership'.

Comparing only a stock price is not a meaningful comparison. It's akin to comparing salaries without accounting for currency conversion. Market capitalization is calculated by multiplying the number of shares by the share price.

Market capitalization for the following companies:

Sabre: 1.1 billion USD
Amadeus: 25.4 billion USD
Expedia: 13.4 billion USD
Booking.com: 99.3 billion USD

Where are Sabre's, Amadeus', and Travelport's customers listed?

Can anyone share links?

When you accept lower standards at the director and vp levels it’s only trickles down. Take the development department as an example.

SABR $3.40
Amadeus $56.47
Expedia $93.08
Booking.com. $2746.10

Most employees don't know who our customers are. They certainly don't know how much revenue, cost, or profit each generates. If a customer joins or leaves, it's equally meaningless to most employees.
