My guess is a mid quarter layoff. They can’t layoff during tell Dell cause they would get horrible scores. But they don’t listen to our feedback last year when we all said we wanted to remain remote. They will just lie and tell us fake scores anyways lol

Layoffs will happen every month even during bo-m times. Prepare yourselves for it. Either upskill or work on your CV, but whatever you do don't spend your time thinking of low-IQ ways to troll people on a layoff site
Layoffs are definitely happening next month. They are happening every month for the next year or so and if you don’t believe that then that’s your problem. You can be delusional all you want but they have a number to get down to.

Time to shift lefter than left
This is confirmed sadly, my high contact let it slip in our regular one on ones. Apparently they are letting go a few thousand people on May the 4th to boost the business strategy and align with Elon Musks vision of AI. They also hope to put most of these people on a PIP to avoid severance payment. I was told to keep this hush so please don’t spread it around.
