Employees should protest infront of CEO's desk

Would any great CEO make the decisions that the Intel ELT or BOD has made? Never! PG quotes: "we have a lot of dead wood to chop" Or how about the CFO, "...all of the bad news is out" while knowing about major fab production problems... These are not normal oversights or mistakes. The ELT is incompetent and desperately hoping for a miracle. GLTA. No free coffee available is just a display of absolute stupidity.

I was more on #2
To me it said “we are stupid broke” and “we (ELT) don’t know what the he-l we are doing”
To me it was the canary in the coal mine
Intel is afraid of protest and union OP. If you want free coffee instead of buying one at Starbuck, we can boil free recycled toilet water and add small amount of artificial intelligent (AI) coffee smell for you Intel buddies to taste and save a lot of cost which is part of Intel restructures and AI everywhere effort.
Taking the coffee away is about sending a message, probably not about the cost.
I think they meant to send, "This is serious. We're watching every penny," but it was received as "The company can't afford coffee and might be out of business soon."
The problem is that folks that hear the latter message and can get a job elsewhere will leave.
Any company that cannot afford free coffee for its employees does not have a viable business.
Find a real job.
That will just auto-populate the ISP list...
I'm so glad my old boss has to suffer paying for coffee now. It's objectively not a big deal overall and not that much revenge, but knowing how much value they put on free coffee makes me know that my old boss is feeling the pain, insecurity, and feeling so unimportant right now.
Bring back profits. Bring back jobs.
