Looks to me like she’s still employed there because her resume that is Public shows 2018 to present.
Are we sure she was actually fired? When you her up on RocketReach, it claims she still works at Change Healthcare.
This racist shouldn't be employeed by anyone.
Outside their home. (Not outside her home)
Another bigot running a health care agency. Is anyone surprised at this disgusting woman's behavior? She needed to be arrested for terrorizing children out with their parent. What a freaking horrid person.
Facts first:
I know the gentleman is fine, and I hope his children doing well, too.
Actually it was outside his home..and she didn't even live in the community. So even worse
I am going to say what the problem really is, was and until JESUS comes back.
You have entitled, racist people in this world.
Am I happy someone else lost their job “NO”, am I happy that this Karen got what she deserves (YES) am I happy this brother got back some of dignity that this woman tried to take from him, heck (YES).
So anyone on here that makes excuses or condone the actions of Lisa Smith, I pity you.🤔
I am glad I never worked for either of the two in the video. Too many character flaws.
This isn't a pleasant event to see, clearly not a very nice person, but I don't support this nuclear approach people are taking to individual related incidents. Exposing bad behavior on social media can destroy a person in many ways and maybe that's justified. But attacking the company is terrorism. No company knows the beliefs and personal behaviors of every employee, (not for lack of trying #EAP). This can hurt other people, other employees, suppliers, and customers. Once all the racists are destroyed who is next? Let's notify employers about DUIs and maybe bankruptcies.
Anyway. Fine if you don't agree but I am sure we can all agree that it is fantastic that Change Healthcare's VP of Communications is named "Woketecki".
The video was shot at night as it’s dark out. Perhaps this model citizen racist southern bit-h had a glass or two of wine, a tough day, and her latent/innate real beliefs came out. Truly humiliating and terrible but great the interaction was posted on her OWN social media. That said, she’s lost her job, people who don’t know her will hate her, she will be defined by her worst moments which will forever live on the internet for everyone on planet earth to be able to see. Forever.
Draw yer own conclusions but, yes, she is a known racist, they abound, and it’s good the video shines a light. No different than the bird watching incident in Central Park a few years ago when a lady made a false report to the police about a black man who was just birdwatching. It didn’t go too well for the lady who lost her job and even her dog (the pooch was ultimately given back to her. Her well paying job was not.)
Nice job racist lady. Now the world knows the real you as we all have for years. Funny how this video will be seen by exponentially more people than any wedding or family video this racist bit-h has ever been in.
I saw the video. I don't think she is racist. I think she's some nosy snobby b*tch and is probably like that to everybody. Even to employees. She acted like she owned the entire community and would talk down to every one. She also looks like she is around or past retirement age so maybe retirement may do her some mental good.
I'm not black but I've run into people like her too. Very toxic and condescending. Karma will eventually get people like that. I am very sorry for how she treated the guy.
As a black man that works for Change Healthcare, I am not surprised by this story. I have endured everything from micro aggressions to outright racism. I have worked there almost 15 years and have tried to cultivate change from within to show that POC can do just as good or better than their peers. It has done very little if anything and after being passed over for promotions and receiving smaller merit increases than my peers, I’m almost to the breaking point and leaving. The only thing that is keeping me is the hope the merger goes through and I get bought out with a good severance package.
