Obviously more cuts are coming to VMware. Still lots of fat to trim.
My question is, does Hock usually cut before vest dates? Most VMware employees have a lot of stock that will vest March 15, June 1, and June 15. Would love to collect on those 3 dates at the least before I'm cut, but I'm worried I'm sticking around and holding on for nothing.

The whole company vests at the same time.
Layoffs used to be in October and July but they became more frequent and random in addition to those months. It depends if Octane had a bad day and forced your GM to cut at random.
You can typically expect to stay for the next vest.
