It’s pretty clear to me that resideo is being driven by a bunch of clowns that all fit into some coke fueled party bus. The big question is who is driving the clown bus?

Being a resideo clown leader is difficult and takes years of practice coupled with dr-g / alcohol abuse…
Backstabbing and screwing others is also a main way of life for those clowns and those aspiring to be.

HR should be more active in nepotism and random dr-g checking…. Not immediately but the budget for random checks in PMO and software should be increased…
Federal laws of the country of residence and work should be followed.
Management should not be above the laws and actually should be tested more

That however doesn’t answer if someone is actually in control of the bus… especially the software portion of it. That section of the bus has a cask of bourbon …
How did we end up having layoffs and still manage to keep around all those directors that would be at best supervisors in a normal company is an interesting question, and why do we keep them???
