When do we find out if we're a 1, 2 or 3?

I have asked several times, fobbed off just as many.
I will contest anything that is not a 1. I have worked my ar-e off and contributed stuff beyond the wildest dreams of a bunch of incompetent mo--ns, and that is before CSG was a thing.
@1xvp+1kvw7gLV sorry, I was meant to say anyone rated 3 (ie the worst performers) will likely to be let go. It's a forced ranking, that does not necessarily reflect the value of an employee, since 10% of people must be rated as falling behind.
@1ecx+1kvw7gLV At the end of October managers were asked to rate their team as either 1,2 or 3. 1 - Leading the way; 2 - On track; 3 - Falling behind.
This was to be reviewed by the ELT and calibrate it if needed to align to a predetermined distribution of 1s, 2s and 3s.
From what I have been told 20% was meant to be 1, 70% 2, 10% 3. Anyone rated 1 will most likely being let go.
As per the article they were supposed to let people know their ratings.
I've heard nothing about what my rating is. I'm waiting to find whether I'm a valued employee. I have no other way of knowing.
What are rankings?
And will the final rating be the same as the one your manager revealed to you a few months ago?
My manager told me the rating he's given me. I'd say you should ask yours, I don't see why they wouldn't tell you.
