I know we're all thinking about the announced cuts, but something tells me we'll have to wait for quite a while before anything happens. I think the management announced the cuts so early to create a horrible work environment filled with stress that will cause some people to walk away on their own. I hope I'm wrong about this, but I doubt it.

Where is this "leader guide"? I can't find it in heartbeat.
@1dzv+1nVkam6S so HR workers with a clue will abandon ship before Workday launch, the implementation and go-live of which is already doomed to fail. It's nice to see CVS is committed to DEI, to the extent that they employ executive leadership with severe intellectual disabilities.
I was told by a manager in HR, that the Hr layoffs will happen after the workday transition on September 5th. They need everyone for the transition and then will can some people.
Definitely happening in august.
Same don't see it either. Maybe it was exposed to everyone and someone from HR who monitors this sub saw that and appropriately adjusted access level 🤣
Not seeing it (maybe because I’m not a people manager). Can someone paste the relevant info from that article here?
Go to heartbeat and search on "Leader Resources: Positioning CVS Health for the future". It's the first link.
Can someone please link the “leader guide” that’s referenced below?
What's August 14/15?
August 14th/15th
Then company moral will be low until it's all said and done. All involved should be ashamed at how this is currently being handled. Us minions (as you see us as) are humans too
Where do you see the leader guide? Is that date the only new info on there?
Where do you find leader guide on heartbeat?
Low IQ plan if that's the case. The high performers with options will all leave, and all that will be left are desperate people with no options.
the leader guide on heartbeat says 'until september 5th'. it'll happen in august
