So what multiple of the $300MM BHP BILLITON IS SELLING for will our's sale for ..maybe 4????
Most everything has a price that it’s worth buying .... however I heard from some folks who seemed to know that swn had some weird statistical analysis suggesting locations that regular engineering didn’t support ... we will see ; I would think something should be commented on with quarterly release
The Fayetteville Shale is a dead field, it never was a great piece of rock. The only thing that saved it was gas prices being high. Those days are over and so is the Fayetteville.
Yep..doubtful $1.5-2 billion attainable based on BHP Billiton sale.

Just taking a wild shot here. I think the BHP FAY average is in the process of being bundled with the SWN FAY average.
Stock goes down today because all the bs numbers about what swn will get for the Fayetteville are just that bs. BHP had to practically give their acreage away.
And down goes SWN stock today. Way is a shyster! Don't believe a word he says.
