If it can’t be directly deposited into my bank Acct then they can keep whatever swag it is. Verizon will soon be trying to encourage people to work overtime during the holidays because of staffing issues. Before team commission people did it voluntarily. Seems like the Hanzi-scheme is starting to crumble as the stock nears another 52 week low.

@1dqf+1dRBqIAg. Of course they will be doing something at individual level. We all knew this was coming since sales have plummeted and nobody really tries anymore. No incentive no reason to get excited about anything. Team commission is a failure and now they will try to add an individual component. You can’t put lipstick on a pig.

Team comp is going to stay but they are going to add something at the individual level. not 💯 sure what its going to be, but expect another multiplier schedule to be added.

Similarly, there is going to be an overtime bonus scheduled for all specialists for the month of december

Free service for personal use? I can't even get a new concession device, there are like 2 choices both refurbed. And I can't even add the spam blocker we sell to my work phone. We literally can't even use the services we provide for work let alone personal use.
