Well I thought this was supposed to be an open forum for talking about the stupidity of Macys and its policies. I have however noticed that my thoughts have been taken down while those who have been critical of me have not. I find that sad and a bit biased. It's interesting when I talk about the freedoms that we have to not be vaccinated or indoctrinated with political propaganda by our company im suddenly not worthy of an opinion. Come on people I don't want anyone's opinions taken down we live or at least I thought we did ina free country. I will still post and hope the snow ❄ won't take me down but it disturbing that we all consider this to be a free thought site when it is not. Read this before they take down again!!!

@1dnq+1iTRMqUa has it right.
Also remember that this isn't YOUR severs. Meaning moderators can delete any post or reply as they see fit.
This is something I still don't understand the 'freedom' calls on private severs and forums. These are privately owned domains. Weather large or small. It has nothing to do with any freedoms or amendment's. If you want to start your own forum then you can run it. If it's to far left or right then simply don't visit. Find you channel (FOX or CNN) and post away!
Jeff Gannett has been pushing his liberal political agenda since he became CEO. I thought you weren’t suppose to mix business and politics.
Don’t use foul language and don’t try to push (any) political agenda and your posts will stick.
There are few basic site rules listed somewhere in the footer, posts get deleted if you violate it. In short, site mods nuke posts containing:
- names and personal info (ok to name public figures like c-suits, not ok to name a coworker or a supervisor)
- over excessive use of foul language, derogatory speech towards groups or individuals (i.e. racism)
- personal insults, bullying others, making threats
They (mods) also nuke off-topics like general talk about politics, religion, medical debates and such. My two cents, it’s a good thing, given it’s s an anon forum there must be plenty of bots and trolls who don’t even work trying to poison the site for God knows what reasons.
On the other hand, I’ve seen plenty of work-related posts with slight political points or people talking about covid at work or vaccine mandates staying intact, so it’s safe to say that the rule doesn’t apply to layoff-related stuff.
see your opinion doesn't matter... they do surveys as a cover up to their evil game of your just a number on a page.. and when your numbers up you will be railroaded out of the company using any way possible.. see to have a career at macys you need to be a dirtbag ,low life much like the people who run it.. see .. now you get it
