Apple has a 6G team so Qualcomm is behind? Please don’t reply to this guy it will just show how much of an id--t you are! Apple has 77 - 5G patents …. And this guy thinks they are going to be the world leader in 6G… LMAO 😂…

Let’s take a look at the 5G leaders:

https://www.digianalysys.com/top-10-5g-patent-holders/

There is no one in America that will compete with Qualcomm in 6G…. Only China will be the true competitor…. BUT the US will never allow Hauwei or China to make a standard in the US….

I wouldn’t argue with someone who doesn’t read financial…. Why argue with someone who doesn’t know how to keep score in business. To claim that Qualcomm is not making an impact or is not a 5G leader is just insane. Nothing in the financials would lead anyone to that conclusion… just tell them they are correct… even if you show them
The financials they still won’t understand what they are looking at

Qualcomm seems to have massive 5G patents… so somebody is definitely wrong… maybe the guy claiming to be an expert

@1dnj+1mR5jYl3 you are talking to a guy in standards dumass! CDMA patents don't apply to OFDMA, 3G does not apply to 5G and 6G , don't be so naive and stupid

OMG the last post is so d-mb - the guy is an id--t! CDMA is 3G technology - please look back what everyone said about 4G upgrade and 5G upgrade…. And look at the bottom line which you obviously don’t look at… not going to explain the numbers to a total id--t who doesn’t understand patents …. Or that CDMA is in every 5G and will be in every 6G tech - this the licensing fees were more bc the tech was in more products

QTL has been losing grounds on 5G , so the revenues have been shrinking. 6G is gonna be worse. Apple already has a 6G research team. Qualcomm is behind.

I don’t think a lot of people understand that QTL has the lowest staff and is the cash cow of the company. Broadcom understands this, the industry understands this but Qualcomm employees don’t. Says a lot about the company

Please look at the financial (which most people do not know how to do) … Qualcomm makes the bulk of its profits from licensing not chip sales…. Qualcomm makes licensing on other people selling chips! It so sad so many people working here are horrible engineers and business people! And people are wondering why Qualcomm fails

The company does not make the majority of its money from smartphone sales. The more 2nd hand smartphones that are being used would bring more money to Qualcomm than new smartphones sales. One needs to understand Qualcomm’s business model and revenue streams to understand the business…. You should probably look for a new job if you do not even understand the company business model you work for
