Not true. There are currently multiple posts with names. Why was the individual who merely asked Why are posts which do not violate TOS disappearing? deleted? Bottom line, TLO picks and chooses nonsensically- just like WBA!😂😂😂

The actual (TLDR) content rules are in the footer of the page, but here is the summary of what kind of posts site mods usually delete:

foul language and insults

names, personal info (PII) of employees or mgrs (c-level's ok as they are public figures)

threats

trolling

spamming (or tons of posts with the similar text)

impersonating m someone in a misleading or deceptive manner

off-topic posts about politics, religion or race/nationality/ethnicity

direct advertising

illegal and proprietary content

that bullet number two is what gets most people in trouble, you start talking names here and they will nuke that post in no time.

(Not my post, it's a copy-paste from another forum board here, but I think is accurate).

Ugggh. If you were paying attention- you’d be aware that dozens if not hundreds of comments on here which were 💯 w/n the guidelines have been consistently and continuously deleted for absolutely no reason other than they simply speak truth. Pretty sure TLO doesn’t go days on end w/o a single comment free of profanity🙄😂
Even one which simply asked ‘Moderators- Why are comments which have followed all TOS requirements disappearing?’ was deleted🤪🤣

Ugh, seriously, there is like a zillion other forums here. Folks from all around the globe are pouring scorn on the companies they work in left and right. It's because if you follow the rules and write within the law and the site’s terms of service, your employer can't really do anything about it. So, instead of just repeating the same thing over and over and complaining when it gets deleted, try changing it up to follow the rules and post it again.
Here is a hint:

  • avoid foul language/insults/slurs
  • avoid naming names (anon forum, only c-suits can be named).

Other than that, not much gets deleted from here (in my experience, but you might wanna check the actual ToS).

Walgreens company culture is threatening and intimidating. Instead of treating employees well, the company threatens with disciplinary actions and possible termination when certain unrealistic goals and metrics are not met. Employees are expected to make up for the failure on Walgreen’s part to staff properly, update technology and improve workflow. Threatening employees is the company’s go to motivator.

Walgreens is likely threatening the site, because content is constantly removed. Beyond that, they're also likely threatening employees.....
