Performance based raises! where only the TOP performers get less than cost of living increases! Where if you move between orgs then you get NOTHING no matter what your performance.

Oracle is pathetic. I got promoted and got a 2% raise after exceeding expectations in my role for a number of years, while that was happening I was interviewing elsewhere because I had enough and accepted and signed without even considering oracles response. I got to experience my whopping 2% for 1 pay cycle. To think the amount of knowledge, skills and experience walked out the door and I am young, skilled up and had a resilient attitude. I am starting over again at a competitor and not looking back.

My raise will be 25% plus variable 5-10k per quarter…you wanna know where I work?

Another company!!! Oracle is a terrible place run by terrible people. That will not change unless the people at the top actually start caring about the people that work there.
