Because no one can tell me. It’s not disciplinary. It’s not performance. It’s not salary. I’ve gotten quarterly awards, my customers are used for references. My direct manager is furious and left with nothing either.

Trash. I emailed the board members directly just to let them know how I really feel
Na, SAP will survive. We said the same thing in 2017.
SAP is still strong, and every deluded company is still upgrading to the dog-pu S4 because the CIOs want to show that they have "S4 Upgrade" experience in their CV for their next job.
My team is almost entirely remote and most of us were let go but not all.
I was told all individuals listed as "remote" were let go... Even though they were hired to work remotely.
„They cannot afford to pay us“ versus „Best year ever, massive stock buybacks and dividends, not to mention C-level compensation raises“.
Weird, isn’t it?
@1ddl+1s7ISQQe - do not generalize. There are many top performers. They are working on many top-priority projects. SAP will realize their fault soon. This company is going down. Karma will hit them hard back. The reason they gave is - they cannot afford to pay us.
The process is formally known as “shooting fish in a barrel”.
Also noticed some who were impacted were previous problem colleagues, ie those who had performance and toxic behaviors/reputation. Makes me wonder is there some type of HR flag on the cut list excel.
It can’t be just names out of a hat can it?
Your In a location sap thinks they can do cheaper elsewhere
Are you a White Male over 50 in North America ?
If so, that's not helping you either unfortunately
It’s because of an excel sheet
