Thread regarding Insight Enterprises Inc. layoffs

More mini layoffs... Constant drop...

This company has continually dug its own grave. Dropped something like -50 in Fortune 500 rankings over the last two years at this pace it will be bounced off the list just as easily as they are dropping employees under the radar as to not file any WARN notices. Why? So that they don't have to incur the penalties. The stock is down a solid $65 - $70 in just under a year. Still rotating the decks of the Titanic and no accountability with the leadership that just can't execute an ever changing set of priorities. Stay away or run away if you can before you get whacked.

@1d8 As long as Captain Morgan get more tats, all is good! Don't forget a quarterly boondoggle trip to the US to get more tats and do some shopping.

It gets worse here in APAc … Ludicrous Prof services coronets hiking sales targets 30% YoY to avoid paying comms, Sales Incentive plans that are down right illegal, never explained and unachievable given that vendor agreements are non existent and yet the ELT get to run the biz through sycophants whilst skiing in Japan. BioHazard!!

The other person said it best, love the new moniker.. Burger-King, should be Burnt-Burger... ValueCrud must of dumped the shares knowing that there is no way that the stock will reach $224 or whatever anytime in their lifetime and that it would be a good moment to divest before incurring further losses while this stock just goes down and to the right. Like the execs who are in constant sell off mode when ever their window opens to sell... Surely if you are on the inside and you can read tea leaves....... You cannot continually offshore and cut jobs and NOT grow the business. Does not add up. Sell, sell and sell some more just like these culpable execs. <--

@s2 time to let Burger-time go and the CAP cronies that have gutted Insight... Cannot believe that the rope given is longer than the junk they serve up. What happened to the EVP strategy? That didn't last long, guess the guy actually had a plan that made sense that Burger-king rejected or can't fathom. Then they took out Gaumond, strategy? Ha. At least some of the SVPs and VPs were targeted, but some were actually those that cared, or not (Richards comes to mind...) Where did they find these mo--ns? Let's change the sales comp plan every year said no one ever... Why hasn't the board dismissed these bozos? The whole crew is culpable and should be riff'd. Come on people wake up.

It’s been an interesting time since the Cap team came onboard and have had plan after plan that has failed. ValueAct Capital selling 1.2 million shares in a single month is a troubling sign.
