Truist is a peace of sht! Along with the Branch “Leaders” and micromanaging a-s Area “Leaders”. I see why so many jumped ship to the competitors.
This job is a damn nightmare that I will soon wake up from and never look back

@2r4 what is the plan for Saturday's next year? I heard they were going to be looking at branches to be opened or closed and possibly the hours.
I’d get out while you can. My leader is asking me to fire BL like never before based on “performance” meanwhile turnover and burnout is at an all time high and the segmentations for goals were political in many respects. I’m also having to push my direct reports to fire their bankers. Stay to your plan to the T’s and I’s as best you can. They are slating who’s getting on CAP and who’s getting back to resume refreshing. Wait until you hear about Saturdays next year for branches. Wait until a meeting toward the 4th quarter. I’m putting my ear to the birdies and looking for another job. Don’t think it’s a coincidence when you constantly see senior leaders exiting who have been here for a while. Just like the term client conversation guide will go away soon, so will a lot of your teammates. These are facts and it’s a shame how far down the tubes this firm has gone post merger.
@1d5 Your opening statement is some world class projection.
Wow, under 30 minutes for those downvotes—impressive. I guess your buddies haven’t woken up yet and logged into their Fortnite yet.
There’s a unique kind of comedy in watching arrogant, self-absorbed youngsters with zero real-world experience try to explain life to the very people who’ve actually lived it.
Please, carry on—this is pure entertainment.
And just for fun, let’s place a wager: I’m predicting at least a dozen downvotes from the same pathetic individual… though I might be underestimating how much free time they have while lounging in their parents’ basement this weekend.
@11x I can tell your age as well. Your generation put up with a lot of bullsh-t. It will not continue with the new age workers. Everyone will be held accountable. You will one day watch it all happen from your rocking chair, you miserable pos
@dy learn to spell first. I bet you’re one of Truist incompetent workers as well. Where did they find you people ? On Craigslist 😂
@15e ok I will. Being an adult means not blaming others, taking ownership of your situation and changing it as needed. Maybe one day you will understand when you
move out of your parent’s house.
@156 Elaborate. I don't remember being told that being an adult means tolerating abuse and buffoonery.
Bunch of immature babies. Grow up and be an adult.
We had someone in our organization who was a FTE leave Truist for a job elsewhere. They hated the job and now trying to come back to Truist. They look like a fool. Grass not always greener. Be very careful.
US Economy headed to recession. Hiring is slowing. Maybe you’ll figure out how to appreciate your job for what it is. A job that provides income, health insurance and retirement benefits. Find some hobbies outside of work to focus on. Do your best here 9-5. When you clock out, don’t think about work.
If this board is any indication of the people that work at Truist then they must all be pathetic and miserable. Never seen so much whining from “adults”
The two of you that keep clearing your history to “like” or “unlike” all these comments is a little ridiculous. I feel sorry for you and hope you get a life outside of the Internet.
Then LEAVE. I can always tell the age bracket of those who post here. In a nutshell: mature and immature.
"don’t blame others"
Oh, I will. You can count on it.
@rg Victim Card? In response to me stating the obvious?
Stalker Alert!
@rg I am owed much more than you can imagine.
@qc and I bet the victim card is strong with you.
You are now owed anything from anyone.
@px The gaslighting is strong with you.
@pv it is true, you just have to take ownership of your actions or in most cases your inaction. Don’t be a victim, don’t blame others, don’t wallow in self pity; instead, get up and do something about your situation.
"You are the only one that controlls your destiny."
Sigh. If only that were true.
We cannot direct the wind, but we can adjust the sails . . .
Agreed.
It’s Sunday night and I’m dreading going in tomorrow
This is terrible
Truist stinks
So maybe do something about it and quit just complaining about it online??? You are the only one that controlls your destiny.
