It’s probably Glen Goldstein - he retired this past Friday. He was EVP of Diversified Markets before Dorean took it over. None of the C-suite are going anywhere voluntarily this year - I believe there’s a big earn out next year.

Guys, the top paid execs received DOUBLE their usual compensation in '23 (yes, while the rest of us were laid off or given minimal raises) - mostly in the form of stock. They're just selling it during their trading window while the price is up. I wouldn't read into it at all

I don't think Vkt is ever going to leave as all of senir management has bought into his "vision". We're stuck :(

This is the best source of info usually for facts before it becomes public. Announcement of Venkat leaving will become public next week I reckon

Obviously this isn't the place to come for "facts", anyone coming here for that are barking up the wrong tree. There are other resources for that. This is a place for speculation and personal experiences/perceptions. Take it for what it is.

If an EVP is leaving, name them.

Way too much speculation on the board

Selling stock means little - Execs get paid in stock more than in cash. So they sell a portion when it vests. Especially when the stock is up.

Re this news: one EVP is leaving the company. That's it.

Does anyone know what does it indicate when senior leadership is selling stocks?

I guess the point is, multiple Sr leaders are selling large quantities of stock.

This article doesn't say anything about this EVP leaving TU but rather disclosing the sale of a large number of shares. That is a fact, so the rest is up to what happens next.

So nobody is able to share a name that already is supposedly been made public within the company?

It is not responsible to spread rumors unless they are true and some actual substance is given.

Don't throw out garbage, especially right now with all of layoffs that have happened.
