More clarity came from HR data. Higher grade will be chopped who didn't get recent bump or RSUs .. If you didn't get RSU then be ready to be laid off by Dec 17.

^This.
@1cur - And yet Intel underperforms each of those companies by a significant margin. Precisely BECAUSE it has so many employees just sitting around surfing the web, creating endless ppts or playing politics, instead of doing actual work.
intel has more employees than AMD, Nvida, tsmc combined. why does intel keep hiring?
False rumor. I don't know why so many rumors for layoff. There will be no layoff till 2023. It is hire hire and hire.
Linking not getting some sort of money to a layoff is a tell-tale sign of speculation.
Intel still thinks it's the 90s. Reality now kicking it in the a$$. Mother of all layoffs coming.
I wont stay here any longer by the way.
I'm with @wwd - this board sees a layoff around every corner. There's no evidence to substantiate any of it. If you're looking for accurate information, search elsewhere . . .
What is 7%
Ho hum. Blah. Blah. Blah. Heard it all before. First it was October, then Nov, now Dec. Keep pushing the date out, eventually you'll be right...right?
Where does higher grade start?
Does this have anything to do with 7%?
