Fran hired someone who turned out to be both narcissistic and extremely irritating. This individual often spoke as if he held a much higher position and came from a far superior background than he actually did. Additionally, he had outdated views on gender equality.
I hope BP Digital focuses more on achieving results and retaining capable employees who can execute effectively, rather than those who only talk the talk but fail to walk the walk. Additionally, they should avoid shifting operations to cheaper regions merely for cost savings, as poor execution can turn these savings into sunk costs.

@1crl+1ty5KxAg ' Leveraging digital will help us eliminate thousands of jobs that are non-digital' - while at the same time adding thousands of tech/data bods meaning no net reduction lol

The only dream BL ever had during his tenure at BP was which would be the next female member of staff he could get his grasping paws on.

Never a dream to become a tech company. Very publicly stated internally and externally that no one was trying to make bp a tech company. We are an energy company. Leveraging digital will help us eliminate thousands of jobs that are non-digital, that’s always been the goal.

Hahaha, even though it’s against the code of conduct to use co-pilot for mid year reviews. Interesting gamble.

I’m happy Copilot wrote my mid year. That’s a start.
