Let’s face it, we all need a solid three-day weekend every week to recharge from the daily grind and all the cr-p we have to take all the time. Plus, it might even motivate those managers who seem to do nothing all day to actually pitch in once in a while. (Who am I kidding, right?)

Much of Optum has the flexible 4 day week. Have they not rolled it out in your market?? It was rolled out in mine in 2022.
Speak for yourself you entitled Bo-Bo. I need a full work week as my weekend is spent caring for an elderly parent and disabled sibling and I feel good when I can focus on something other. Get out of your self indulgent bubble.
