Thread regarding Disney layoffs

Nothing but hypocrisy

When they want stuff from us, we are all one big Disney family and we are supposed to do it - even if we are not paid extra for extra work because, you know, family... But when we want something, when we need something, well, then it's "just business so don't take it personally" c-ap.

Does the hypocrisy ever end?

Post ID: @1bym+17d38Om7 - again, quit politicizing this. People are here because they either lost their job or are about to. Spew your agenda on Reddit with the rest of the trolls.

I think this time Disney is shooting itself in the foot. I've heard they already restored saleries to the upper eschelon. This is going to create such bad will in Central Florida. Former employees will forbid their children to work there. The stories will be passed down- you can't trust Disney.

I completely agree! I was cut yesterday from WDI Glendale, once again just like the furlough the Managers just kept their little favorites. The decision should be left to someone who is competent. My manager runs the dept. like its 3rd grade, very clickey. Her decision was based on who she likes personally not who is the best worker. Its Sad, WDI has always been like this, alots of little Hitlers running the show.
