This is just the workplace recovery business nothing else
From what I've read, Daisy has acquired sone of Sungards UK customers, as Sungard are unable to continue as a going concern.
Basically transferring customers over to keep continuity for them was best for the customers.
However this is just another indicator that the UK arm won't be able to recover from administration, if it's losing its customers its also losing revenue. I think its soon going into receivership.
Any customer who stays deserves what they get.
