Naming calling offshore - our unemployment benefits probably higher than what this org pays you. Who gets the last laughs without name calling? It showed your “class of service”

Negative down vote - The cost of doing business with offshore comes in "mass". We all know who are voting down...Does it mean anything? Absolutely nothing, people can sell their souls for less... Being experienced in managing offshore in several of my rodeo trips- I know how you function - Always yes to anything until the onshore workforce reduced/minimized then you will start to say "No" unless there is more $$. We will not be around to deal with that... :-)

Ref: "Americans are so weird" - this is the type offshore resource the leaders of this org embraced. The culture is designed to further creating "imbedded" dependency to safe guard recurring revenue for offshore. Cost saving? NOT

I bet they still get credit for the call... I have seen where they transfer a case to their friends to keep the metrics up. But when you trend pattern, they stick out. Did the same in work flow reporting.
