The company is dying. There was a highly anticipated BoD meeting. Even the press was talking about the board meeting. Instead of reporting on it to employees with a balanced demeanor, he says how everything is going great, how the board supports him 100%, how our strategy is sound. Is this guy living in a parallel universe? WTF is he smoking?
The board did nothing which is absolutely shocking. They are literally letting the ship sink.

Why isn't the board meeting every week now given the position our company is in. If this was a severe yield issue, there would be daily meetings until there was a resolution. Why not the same for a serious business issue.
