They are crooks who enrich themselves with ill-gotten gains. It's true that the health and confidence of a company is always marked by insider buys. But none of the ELT have reached into their own pockets which in itself is a sign all is not well.
Meanwhile HA and KCC cashed out another 600K worth of stock the other day. With millions left to go. ELT JUST CONTINUES TO SELL OFF AS QUICK AS THEY CAN. NOBODY BUYS. That should tell you something.
SM Keep up the good work.
"Looks like Oct 14 is the confirmed date" - Source?
The ELT has a twisted habit of dropping layoffs like a bo-b right before the holiday season, ensuring the sting lingers when it hurts the most.
So we have a month to get ready. I should have started sooner. I guess I thought they valued my contribution.
The problem is SM has no credibility so don't be surprised if they are actually cutting 18-20%.

@1bkj+1usJJtGX -- I'm confused, did you not tune in to the last comapny all-hands? What is more credible then SM himself telling us that they're going to reduce headcount by 9-10% at the beginning of Q4?
We might not know the EXACT timing, but it's going to happen late September, early October. We MAY also continue to see cuts through the first of the year.
WHO is going to be impacted remains to be seen. I've heard that GTM has already completed their share of cuts, but I have good reason to believe that's not entirely true. I wish I could share more but I don't want to risk anonymity of me or people that I work woth closely.
What is considered to be a credible fact? All the comments are anonymous.
If so, then why hasn’t there been one shred of credible facts about the timing or orgs involved in the next RIF?
Of course they would. And they do. This the name of the board.
No one that has any real knowledge would comment on this site.
It appears that GTM are considered to have already done their bit and the rest will come from other orgs.
