I am looking for an attorney/law firm that will not hesitate to take on State Street Corp. to help with Bullying, Harassment, Discrimination, and Defamation. Thank you in advance for your referrals.

I believe that State Street is in a position where many former employee's could sue them but they don't think it would be possible considering they are such a large organization. A class action lawsuit is definitely a possibility. Many former employees of State Street could sue them for age discrimination. How does someone work for them for over 20 years and then get laid off? They were always qualified and went above and beyond to get the work done. Doesn't make sense to me.
Wow you have some guts to post this on a public board. Guess you don't want to have a good work reputation.
Don’t worry...the coming collapse will destroy the financial industry.
Pay your debt off asap.
I too am in the same boat and have actually written over 30 pages of notes referencing emails, taped conversations from meetings etc. to give to an attorney handling my case. I too am still shopping for the best one to represent me and now given this thread, I’m wondering if a class action suit is better? I don’t know how we could connect?
Don’t worry, the coming collapse will shudder state street.
Many very good attorneys in Boston to choose from. You may want to consider one of the following:
David Conforto – Conforto Law Group
Michael Bace – Bace Law Group
Philip Gordon – Gordon Law Group
Interview a few of them to see if you are comfortable with their approach and experience in similar cases to yours. And of course clearly understand the payment arrangement before signing up with the,
Good luck. Keep us informed of your progress.
Thank you for your feedback. Do you mind sharing Attorney names? Anonymously of course.
I was in the same situation several years ago. I am limited in what I can say due to the non-disclosure agreement I signed at the time of my settlement (pay out from State Street to me).
This is a very real issue at State Street—in my case it was harassment and bullying by an EVP. It took several months to resolve the situation but the pay off was worth it.
Look up on line Attorneys who specialize in this type of case. Many larger firms will not take the case because they worry about not getting any other legal work from the company.
You will need to find an expert Attorney who is willing to take the side of the employee.
Good luck with this. You will win out in the end however it will take some time. Be patient. The last thing State Street wants is for this to go public so they will settle.
Please elaborate. I might be in the same situation as you..
