It’s kind of bizarre how little diversity there is in engineering here and as a result that’s why but I work with too many chill Indian folks onshore that I can’t tolerate these generalizations or racism. No group of people is a hive mind running a conspiracy and being the same ethnicity hasn’t stopped engineers from being called out or fired. How about CVS is the real problem for allowing this?
You can see issues with companies exploiting labor and onshore numbers being bizarrely low while maybe having some empathy people are trying to feed their families.
If you think the new govt is going to help you are delusional.
