What do you expect when you’re banking on a PC refresh that that was supposed to happen months ago but is yet to materialize, losing money hand over fist on the consumer side, storage just limps along, you keep saying that you’re the “leader in AI” yet it hasn’t materialized on your numbers and frankly you’re betting your entire future on another Company (Nvidia) to deliver on their end….or maybe it’s because nobody at the Company gives a sh$t anymore because of how badly you’ve treated employees.

This company is so hard up they don’t even let customers return sh-t. Employees aren’t the only things they think they can “churn”. Most of us are in survival mode and there’s zero morale left. This company has become a disaster. And the stock price is finally reflecting it. Almost like you can’t just say “AI” over and over while doing absolutely nothing.
It will be sub $99 before year end.
Only thing keeping it from falling lower is most have already started holiday.
Next week will be more pain
11% drop is not much. DELL still has 88 bil of market cap.
@zzz+1vGX5E5b It’s happening. All to Apple Silicon. Only one purveyor of that.
@1aku+1vGX5E5b And when the market opens it will be $35 (-25%) down off its high of May of this year!
Dell just reported Q3 results. The stock is skidding.

Tanked? The price is up 17.47 for the last month.
I work on a product that actually makes money for the company. The managers of the application, one in US and the other in India, are both clowns and ruining the application to the point where nobody really cares anymore. Some are just waiting to get laid off even though we have survived all the layoffs in the past few years. The morale is bad. We actually need more people to get what we need done, but are being refused people and when we do get them, they are in India. It's just survival mode.
Time to make new hybrid model mandatory : 5 days in the office, 2 days wfh!
When I needed a new laptop, I bought a Lenovo at Costco. Better machine, lower price. Even with the 17% employee discount. Not sure why anyone would buy a Dell any longer?
uh-oh, minor hiccup on the road. But undoubtedly the Dell train will keep rolling!
But i heard M. Dell was the great AI oracle or something.
Lenovo is growing faster than Dell. Crazy times.
This massive PC refresh we keep hearing of.
I work on the frontline. It aint happening.
Yup….not looking good. Time to layoff 10,000 more people
