@1guu+1uWOkZX0 Your math su-ks bro.
Now that you mention it and you physically looking at the numbers, there is no way that is happening. Potentially 20,000 packages?! 20,000 x X …. Is X is $50,000 that puts this at billion dollars in packages. Plus all the ones they already gave to all the voluntary retirees…. Math ain’t mathing…. This isn’t looking good for those hit with ISPs next week
There will be 15,000 - 20,000 packages given out! That is a huge number and cost.
Good grief everyone! Stop sitting on your fat chops "waiting" for a layoff. Be proactive, so get your resume out there and look for something new outside Intel.
I was laid off recently due to geo (inside the US) along with a big team, it was not performance related. Package WAS offered. Hang in there, worst day is the day you are notified but it will get better, the sun does come out the next day. Job market is tough, sharpen your skills. Good luck and enjoy the weekend, nothing we do at this point will change the outcome.
if your resume isn't update and published on all the jobs sites by now it all on you!
good luck.
Why? They are pieces of sh-t? In a weeks time they will completely be forgotten about
Why on earth would anyone talk about blanks and rounds. We know what you're referencing and it's evil. STFU.
Anyone getting laid off deserves respect and encouragement. Not stupid a-s comments like those.
Five live rounds, one blank.
when will ISP'er employees be informed? Tuesday morning with a 1:1 meeting invite? Can managers share the process and timeline?
You'll know when your badge or email suddenly stops working
Same. Enough of the waiting, we all deserve to know.
ISPs will get no package. So prepare and plan accordingly.
Five blanks, one live round.
You’re going to have a long weekend
