It's not his fault for all the layoffs. Target Canada was a disaster and the redcard hack didn't help either. Times are changing too. No one wants to travel to a big-box retailer for basic needs when there's Amazon. We pushed the redcards so hard that it eventually backfired with the data breach. #moveon #lifeaftertarget

I believe you have noticed a great deal of concern for position security as well as organizational change management. What are your comments on the concern and how would you change this process to be more transparent going forward.

I appreciate it although there's more to it than just a decision made by myself. Also, as this may come as a shock, I do obviously keep up on this blog as well as many other forums. I feel it's my responsibility to stay connected.
