How can we ensure that HR are fulfilling their duties? We can't be trying to address symptoms, we have to get to the the core of this problem. I heard they lie in the files with FnF. We need to cut down on corruption instead of trying to blame people that work hard and actually deliver things...
@18y Well the first would begin with HR convincing HR to take it, then leadership, and then the rest of the gang that decided to stay in this shithole
@18x I have a serious question. Does anyone know at what point HR can require an employee to take their medication to ensure safety for the rest of us? Is there a verification process that the company follows? How can we ensure that they are fulfilling their duties?

There is no such thing as "they're all Indians on visas!". They hire whoever applies and fits the req. Just be better and have the correct skills. This forum is just filled with id--ts who want to go back to the old "boys club" model of engineering.
Probably need the staff to keep up with the prescription demands.
