I was in HR and had been at Insight for over 10 years, there is no safe place to hide. Even the loyal and dedicated teammates are getting scared and nervous that there will be no end to this vicious cycle that has been happening for the last 2+ years. I still can not fathom why there have not been any drastic changes here to right the ship and turn this around. I guess really that they do not want to pay the severances as it would financially impact earnings. Margins are razor thin and even more so with the "switch" to being a services company with so many "clients" moving away from Insight to other VARs who honestly want to earn the business. You can not burn your past away and then expect "clients" to be loyal when you play games, that actually earn your bread and butter. Clown sh-t show. If you are left reading this and wondering why you are still there, get a clue or get made redundant.
I wonder what they paid for the latest acquistionflywheelwonderBOMB, since from research shows only $50 mil in revenue? A company wants 3-4X + of valuation to sell out to another company, which would put this at a potential $200-$300 Mil deal or more. While still laying Services teammates off because pipeline is a joke. Which is perplexing to say the least while still off-shoring roles. No the stock did not pop, but sank since investors are looking their peers DUMPING NSIT daily trying to salvage any value left before it is underwater vs their purchase price. ValueCrud unloaded a bunch more stock in the last two months which shows not even they are looking at this as a solid investment in their portfolio. EPS has gone off a cliff... What financial geniuses are running this place?

Institutional investors are dumping the stock. That’s a telling sign that there is zero confidence in this amazing team, team. Someone get me an AAR stat! Wait let me throw some more fake military triage from West Point or have another diversity group look into it. Wait let’s do an anonymous survey! Better yet let’s have an exec sponsor nomination, send out a bunch of hollow emails and let the transformation team transform noting into something and promote someone!
I am so surprised that execs are not getting taken out with yet another disastrous plan that never moves the needle. Seems that the average worker will once again pay the price and get laid off. Let’s just keep swinging the pendulum back and forth of the wheel of this quarters break out plan. Wait, go left no go right. What a bunch of id--ts.
