How can things be so good internally yet the stock can' t break $45? There is something wrong and that usually doesn't end well for the employees. Once a company stock price stalls out, it is usually acquired and thrown into the bin of forgotten companies.... Pray for $52...

@10d -- The KPIs for bonuses were announced at the beginning of the year and are linked from the intranet home page. There's a traffic light system to show whether we are meeting them that is updated through the year. It is currently green.

The execs are the ones over leveraging the company with debt which is why the stock price stinks. The rank and file are getting more oil with less resources and deserve a good bonus. The execs definitely don’t.

The executives for sure should not get bonuses.

I think we were 150% last year and 170% the year before. I will be happy with 150% again.....

It's because this generation was given participation trophies for just being present. You should be rewarded for effort and value to the corporation. From the shareholders perspective I see nothing that warrants any compensation above your base pay. Let us know of any KPI's that would give the executive any reason to payout bonuses.

It should be criminal to give bonuses at this company after the poor performance of the stock. You all work for the stockholders. Remove your CEO if you want a bonus.

Based on the available indicators, the performance metric was on track at the end of Q3, and the full‑year projection was also positive. That suggests internal goals were met or exceeded. Last year’s payout reached roughly 150% of the target. The remaining portion depends on individual evaluations. For someone with a 25% target, the final outcome could range from 0% to 50% of base salary.

25% of salary? What? You need to know what your bonus target is first. Targets are different base on grade level. Then find out what the company performance is.

I meant what is realistic bonus % this year given the current oil price. Last year was 25% of salary
