What’s the point of these celebrations when the very people that made this happen are let go? No meaningful strategy when it comes to these layoffs. Those at the top are coasting while those who do the actual work are treated like cr-p. Trust, confidence and motivation to drive is lost and they really expect us to be excited about these “celebrations”?

@16g at every all hands they harp so much about “culture” but everyone knows it’s nothing but fluff
@16g unfortunately Elliot is even more bad news for the employees
HPE frequently highlights its culture, but many observers feel it is being undermined by structural leadership issues: an inflated layer of senior titles, limited accountability, and a perceived lack of urgency at the top. Despite a largely stagnant stock price over the past decade, the company continues to approve high-end expenditures, such as tradeshows at venues like the Sphere. Against this backdrop, it would not be surprising to see an activist investor such as Elliott eventually push for significant changes.
Not sure what the racist focus on leadership's skin color has to do with anything?
HPE appears to have a significant diversity gap at the senior leadership level. Despite frequent messaging around DEI, the reality is that top leadership remains predominantly white, suggesting that HPE’s practices have not yet caught up with its stated commitments.
Leaders right now: thank you, thank you, thank you for your commitment. We couldn’t have done this without you.. now gtfo
We should probably just unionize.
The fact that when an email about “recognition” no longer makes you excited but only adds new stress of what that could mean or even in the case where you are unenrolled from a course you registered for no clear reasons.. they really fked the morale big time
