Managers, have salary increases been submitted for your team yet? How’s the average increase looking? Baseless rumors will also be entertained.

@19b if this is the case, it is truly disappointing to see the behaviour of the UK managers who go rid of their own countrymen for the false benefit of TSI. I wonder how they feel knowing they sold out their own people.
@197, that is correct.
Bands for Level F UK = Level F India. Just lower taxes and cost of living in Indi
E in India is actually a bit more expensive than in the UK.
@15s I worked with some people recruiting for TSI. Apparently for F grades, there is no difference between India and the UK.
@a2 India about to start looking much less like a 'low cost location'
@15s the flight to India has only just begun.
India inflation rates will make it similar in cost to MoW or UK in about 5 years.
What a smart move TSI will have been. But hey, at least EY got paid the consulting fee!
In the words of Wi--y Wonka. “You get nothing! You lose! Good day, sir!”
@a2 what about AU?
@a8 US inflation rate was around 2.7% in 2025. Have a drink to celebrate your 0.3% win!
@cn great question Bernard- I'd say if they didnt have inappropriate relationships at the workplace, never promoted their lovers, and did their jobs, they probably earned it more than you!
The question should be how much pay raise have you earned. For most of the posters on this site the answer is pretty clear.
I’ve received less than 3% for the past several years. I’ll probably get the same this year.
3%? Do you know how much cost of living has increased over the last year in the MAGA land?
3% US and UK. 12% India. 6% AGT. 4% Indonesia. 4% Trinidad.
