Just wondering how everyone is fairing or feeling about the shake up. Any insight of what is next. This sure does ki-l productivity with all the uncertainty. It's not as painful if we just had a high level of the grand plan.
Patiently waiting on the edge of my seat :/

Now that Enbridge has a new CIO, who is not part of the old team, a complete house cleanup is a must otherwise same sh-t different hole.
We still have people in TIS? I thought it was just a few middle-ish (directors) managers, some VPs. I thought the majority of this side of the company was run by accenture, deloitte, techm, tcs, etc.....
Why does any care about TIS anymore? They aren't even a real part of enbridge - it's just a patchwork of big 4 consulting and third party contracting firms. I even heard it was so bad that managers had started creating their own 3rd party firms to get in on the action - Bravo .... smart .... get some.
work management is not sustainable?
@216 It is not sustainable. They will have to shut it down.
Unlikely. We were told Enbridge will be putting more money and resources into T&I lab.
Put in a head strong female leader and let the punting begin.
@1ew - our new CIO will take care of that by the end of the year. Guaranteed.
Fingers crossed they’’ll finally ki-l off the TIS T&I Lab.
& wmc
@155 shutdown of a few departments at the very least
What is happening in TIS?
The work management was just shifting of some functions back to the BUs, and consolidation of the enterprise function under one director instead of two.
Not sure what the TIS changes were but the TIS directors did gather this week for something.
Oh they sent out an email today regarding some re-orging in work management and TIS. I don’t feel like it’s anything more than a typical shake up that happens periodically but who could say?
what shake up?
please explain?
