What's our chance of Nova deployments happening on time with the new svp in town? feels like totally off the rails with everyone going in all directions. Good thing our ceo and cio get paid as much as they do...

wasn't the new svp the big wig at accenture who had many years of failed implementations at 3m, starting with the canada disaster?
They are using Deloitte and they appear to be far worse than any of the consultants used at 3M, if you can believe that. Their approach is bare bones and effectively cuts any existing functionality from current systems if it doesn't fit in their cookie cutter model. Many of them are off-shore workers who appear to have very little knowledge of the needs of a company with a diverse product line. Many people, including senior leadership, have expressed frustration with how poorly the project is going and there has been significant turnaround in the specific consultants, but the replacements are just as incompetent. But the show must go on (apparently) because they are sticking with the plan (if you can call it that).
Is this project still being staffed by a band of merry Accenture employees?
If McKinsey or Kearney people are around, then it will still be in implementation phase for years to come. This is their cash cow.
The project to deploy SAP. Also known as an exploding star.
WTF is Nova?
Not happening. The whole project is a giant sh-t-show.
