What is the typical package and what all does it entail?

@14s I've heard 3 weeks for regular folks.
@14a Odds of enforcing a clawback gag clause (that may or may not exist) based on word of mouth rumors of severance details posted anonymously on a layoff website seem pretty low to me. I’ve heard 3-4 weeks/yr for sr management and 2 weeks for regular folks. Both without LTI vesting.
Packages are usually fair but can be clawed back if you get caught publicly telling the amount. Don't expect specifics on here.
Based on people I know that have been packaged out in the past few rounds, typical severance is 3 weeks per year of service. They don't have to do it this time though as it is at their discretion.
I guess no one has details on what the actual severance package is or what it could be
@g6
Heard some jr directors got in the very high 6 figures
@a5 any actual details?
@a5 EI rules extended to October 10.
Very fair and based on years of service. Typically higher than the minimum legislated amount.
Too bad for those in Canada that the modified EI payout ends April 11, 2026.
