What's everyone hearing about ACR? What should we expect?

What are the odds that this year’s promotions come with the same fine print as last year’s layoffs? Quite the exit ramp strategy, here’s a shiny new title to soften the landing while you go find your next job
@14q of course this is all unusual. Let me ask you, if a black woman in the same role and age as him was as capable as he allegedly is, would a VP be singing her praises on LinkedIn?
@14w is it possible had to do that to keep his job?
Exactly - and how does Dan still have a job???
@14j is it normal to go from a sales intern to a business development specialist? There seems to be a VP singing about him on LinkedIn, but all of that is a bit unusual. I've not seen someone that high up sing the praises of an intern before. Is he really good? I have no idea.
I don’t see anyone dogpiling at all - original comment is about Tony’s nepotism and the poor leadership.
lol I didn’t know that. Before we dogpile him, is he any good in his role and is he respectful? I don’t want to just make blanket assumptions about someone based on who he’s related to.
@13h hot damn! He hired Bridger Costello as a business development specialist!
@10b did Anthony really hire his son? Into what role?
I would assume hiring his son, who has zero experience.
@y7 what is this about nepotism?
I hope everyone has their CV updated and are actively looking. The leadership in this company is the worst - Tony and his nepotism speaks volumes.
Expect nothing. If ACR was a sure thing we would have heard about it by now seeing as XCOM is looking for any type of good publicity from staff. It’s simply just not going to be brought up.
