It seems all the people working in Italy have been dismissed, regardless to whether they were belonging to Italian or European teams. I was quite shocked since they phrased the communication they sent as if it was going to impact some of them, not all!!
@198 OR, AM is buttering both sides of the bread for ease of equity take over. EMEA and APAC were always separate with the legally required titles. That is why their input was always ignored as the company sank.

What they said down there 👇🏼. It certainly appears the “promotion” of Lackshman Lacksmanan they are putting all those pieces in place. They’ll likely offshore work for a few-to-several years and then bring some of it back home. By then we’ll all be long gone.
Dallas HQ is going to be mostly shut down with most functional jobs moving to India and the company headquarters moving to EMEA. Why do you think we have a European CEO?
Judging by the grim feeling in the office I think we’re all wondering the same thing. Just showing up until we get laid off. Any money for actual work has dried up. It’s like they wanted us to come back into the office because they want to see our anxiety up close.
If the previous post says anything, probably, if they can't turn things around.
