@10k if you are in technology that means you were one of the few they determined was underpaid compared to the market, a larger portion were apparently determined to be at or above market. Getting a 5% increase means you were probably under-compensated by 10%, they gave you a 1.75% raise (standard) and a 3.25% adjustment.

This matters to whom? How? Why? Unless on a bonus/grid/commission system it seems obvious that everyone got 1.5-2% raises. What’s your point?

Those of you who ARE on a bonus/commission plan know that annual merit increases to base salary have little impact on actual pay. Want to make more $? Sell more stuff.

Performance reviews aren’t about how many of this or how much of that you did vs your peers. It’s your overall performance relative to the expectations of your role. You did everything you were supposed to do? Great! Missed on a few things? No problem, work on those and we’ll support your efforts. Went above and beyond? Here’s a nod of appreciation and above average performance eval.

Now get back to work and be here on Monday morning.

@fh There’s people marked as building around 50% P2P 1 category met. There’s also people over 100% goal 4 out of 5 marked at building. There’s people in 60% p2p 1 of 5 marked at meaningful. There’s people at 100% p2p 2 and 3 out of 5 marked at meaningful. It’s all politics, gaslighting, favoritism, discrimination and retaliation. People as low as 1’s% and as high as 3’s-4%. It’s fully legal to share your own personal review and merit with peers, it’s concerning what you’ll see.

Individual Contribution: 90%
Company Contribution: 100%

The teammate with 60 day notice might be a contractor. I'm seeing a few contractors/consultants giving a 60 day notice.

One teammate got a 60 day notice! A few others had Merit Increase Amounts of less than 1%, but rated as "meaningful". Unbelievable! Especially since these teammates are great at what they do and add tremendous value to Truist.

Finished the year over 100% in all 5 foaled categories , reviewed as distinctive (second highest option) 3% increase

Finding out what you're worth can be a hard pill to swallow but it's time to reflect where you went wrong. Now is the time to start putting in the effort for 2026—only you determine your increase.

@a2 Annual increase budget is 1.75% or 2.5% depending on job grade. But yeah, that's low and less than 2025 inflation.

It went ok. Looks like annual increases are LOW since Truist had a crummy 2025. I've not had low numbers like this since my first job. Its disgraceful.
