Who else is a waste of money? There are a few that come to mind when we see a V in their titles. What do some of these positions do? It would be really nice to know. These are the things the CEO needs to think about.

aka: the trainer lady in Boca is a very nice woman but she is NOT a trainer. She never was. But the CHRO loves her and thinks she's wonderful. That's why she's still there.

@ka speaking of doing better, what does that trainer lady do who replaced krakowski in Boca ? Both seem to be challenged with mics, sounds, & presentation snafuus

@137 the Chro & Director of data/comp are weak links & the CEO knows it. Outsource both of those roles and save $600K per year non revenue generating. The once of month webinars can be replaced by playing 12 Ted Talks videos.

Give the CHRO a one way ticket on the Titanic for all the useless dribble and waste of time cr-p she brought to MOA.

@mf I don’t remember exactly what she said either, but it had something to to with how it was unfair that her Jewish friend got paid the same as she did- for the same job- because Jewish kids are born with an advantage. Something disgusting like that. I can’t believe no one made a stink over it. That original video must exist somewhere.

Very true! I forget what she actually said and they did edit it out on the replay. What was the comment? Not surprised. She's not fooling anyone with her BS.

@ka I think she’s doing herself a “favor” by doing nothing. She sticks her foot in her mouth every time she hosts one of those stupid diversity seminars. Everyone remembers her casual anti-Semitic remark last year that was cleverly edited out for replay. She should have been fired for that.

What is the CHRO doing to help morale? That's an excellent question. Heritage months are great. But if that's all you got to offer, you're not adding value, that's for sure. For the money she's paid, DO BETTER!
