Ask the real questions

Highly encouraging everyone to ask the real questions during these "Ask me Anything" and "Purpose Corner Lives". Even if they don't acknowledge the questions, teammates see it. It means more than you know.

There’s a noticeable disconnect between leadership and the day-to-day reality for teammates. We hear about the company’s strong performance, major personal investments, leader's new homes, and international travel. At the same time, many employees are quietly struggling to keep up with basic expenses like groceries, gas, rent, and utilities.

People want to feel that the company’s success includes them, not just something they’re told about.

We just went through the FSC disaster and then read an email this morning of how great it went. NO, IT DID NOT. It has been a disaster for the branches. Just like what Joe Thompson did after Wealth converted. “It went great!” NO.IT DID NOT

@sw I don't think these people are smart enough to make the targeting not obvious. And they will definitely not target the most outspoken that know what they are talking about

While asking the right, real question is ideal, doesn’t that just put a target on your back? Even “anonymous” surveys are never truly anonymous - pretty certain the Q&A form explicitly says your name and email are attached to the question. These things are just a whole psyop unfortunately - classic “let the plebeians feel like they have a voice”

It’s delusional to think that there’s any link between company success and what the teammates see. It does NOT include them unless they’re part of the senior leadership team. No other teammates matter to them.
