I'm not even trying anymore. If they want to fire me, I don't care. I'm not paid enough to work hard or give a damn.

@1v9 I can agree with that. Like mentioned earlier though, quit and find something better for you and your family. I could be wrong, but I think the comment was not so much defending the company, it was meant to say, don’t just sit and complain about it online and not change your situation. Find something else, quit, and move on with your life.
@12n You accepted the job and knew what the pay was…. Next thing you know, you’re doing three people’s jobs for the SAME PAY. That’s the NOV way. Kinda hard for the giveashitter meter not to bottom out.
Well said. Be part of the solution or be somewhere else.
You accepted the job and knew what the pay was. Man up and get to work or find something better. Crying on the internet while hiding behind a keyboard won’t solve your problems.
@fy ok Boomer…
Right there with you buddy. Management expects us to learn more and take on more responsibility but does that come with a pay increase? Nope. And in the end what you know will not save you from a layoff. 10 plus year veteran and a millennial.
Why don’t you just take ownership of your life and quit?
Sounds like you're an entitled Gen-Z or Millennial.
