Anyone know their salary, bonus, promote or layoff already?

@12d hahaha maybe next year….
The very saddest place in vermont to work actually. Alright pay but just such a hangover via IBM and how Global treats folks. I left two years ago and literally the best thing I ever did. The place is simply depressing and fu---d.
@11w thanks - I’m the OP of 11c and I wrote from first hand experience. I was targeted at mid year ‘25 with a surprise poor review after years of solid performance (staff tech to MTS in 7 years). I made a bit of a stink about it (HR and ER) and I believe they hoped I’d quit out of frustration. I did not and they let me go earlier this year with healthy severance. GF is desperate to cut costs and labor is not only the most expensive line item, but also the easiest to adjust. If your gut is telling you something’s fishy, trust it. Also, if you’re vocal about, don’t be surprised to find a target on your back.
what JG get RSU?
promotions coming next year, for real this time.
For anyone reading , @11c+1kjt7wn4c gives very good advice. They're trying to offload personnel voluntarily. Keep your head down, do your work and force them to lay us off. Do not give them the out they're looking for, bleed them for their worth, since they're bleeding you of yours.
@104 they just want more people to quit on their own so offloading heads is less expensive. The leadership is dirty and should not be trusted. I say, force them to lay you off then at least you can walk with severance. If you’ve been a solid employee and now find yourself in the crosshairs, don’t quit and leave with nothing. Play the game until the end and take the pay day.
Departments putting their employees on PiP's site wide to avoid giving them raises. Then the management gets a larger bonus off the money saved. Eff this company
What are the raises looking like?
Comp statements start tomorrow 3/5
Only that I am resigning this week. Enough is enough.
Nope
